These terms cover use of yhwhsystems.com and general communications with YHWH Systems, LLC. Separate proposals, statements of work, service agreements or vendor terms may apply to purchased services.
Website use
You may use this site to learn about YHWH Systems, LLC, request information and contact us. Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, probe, abuse or gain unauthorized access to the site, its infrastructure or connected systems.
Service information and pricing
Website descriptions and published prices are general information and may describe starting rates or common configurations. Final scope, availability, pricing, taxes, travel, hardware, vendor charges and contract terms may vary. A written proposal, quote, service agreement or statement of work controls when it conflicts with general website information.
Third-party products and services
Some solutions use third-party hardware, software, carriers, cloud providers or other vendors. Their availability, warranties, licensing, service levels and terms may apply in addition to YHWH Systems agreements.
SMS and MMS messaging terms
Program name: YHWH Systems customer and business communications.
When you separately opt in to receive text messages from YHWH Systems, messages may include service updates, appointment or support information, account-related communications, requested follow-up or other communications associated with the consent you provided.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing products or services.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier networks and device availability.

No guarantee of uninterrupted website availability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but website access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, third-party outages or other events. The public website is not an emergency support channel.
